Step 1: Choose Your Pin Type
Browse actual photos of different lapel pin styles, Enamel Pins, Die Struck Pins, Printed
Pins, UV Layered Printing Pins, Rush Pins, 3D Pins, choose the one that suits your design
best.
Step 2: Pick a Pin Size
Select a size from our list 0.5~3.0 inch or recommended size. If your preferred size isn’t
shown, no problem! Just mention it in the instruction box in Step 8.
Step 3: Choose Metal Color
Select your preferred plating/finish, such as shiny gold, silver, copper, black nickel, rose
gold or recommend for you — all at no extra charge.
Step 4: Optional Upgrades
Add enhancements like transparent color, glitter, glow-in-the-dark, rhinestone, pearlescent
and epoxy. These are optional and may add extra cost.
Step 5: Choose a Backing Attachment
From classic butterfly clutches to deluxe cufflink-style fixings, rubber cluth, military clutch,

What if my artwork isn’t ready when I place the order?
No worries. You can still submit your inquiry and place your order!
Just select “Email my artwork later” during checkout. Once your design is ready, send it to
info@customblitz.com. We’ll begin production as soon as we receive it.
What are the payment methods accepted?
You can pay by credit cards, debit cards, checks, and PayPal.
Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. The email
will include a tracking number so you can easily track your package.

How long should I wait to receive a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. While we initiate the refund
immediately, please note that it may take a couple of extra days for your financial
institution to post the funds to your account.

Orders normally take 5-7 business days to be delivered to your doorstep, depending on

As custom-made products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on
personal preferences or changes of mind. However, if there is a defect or error in your

When an error has been confirmed made by our production staff, we will process the
remake exactly as how you originally requested minus any errors that we made at no
